HOW DO I FIGURE OUT RIGHT SIZE FOR ME?
We follow UK size chart, to know the perfect size for you please refer to our detailed size chart and measure your body as follow:

BUST
Raise your arms slightly and using a tape measure, measure around the chest area keeping the tape parallel to the ground.

WAIST
 Place a tape measure around your waist or where trousers would normally sit on your hips.

HIPS
 Place a tape measure around your upper thighs - around 7" below your waist or the widest part.

DO YOU OFFER CUSTOMIZATION?
Yes! Bodies come in all shapes and sizes and that’s why each is unique! We would love to design our products based on your requirements. You can send us your measurements after placing an order to have the product made specifically to your size. Every style you get will be handmade especially by our superstar team. We make sizes XXS, XXL, XXXL. Since all our styles are made to order, we’re happy to adjust measurements up to 6 inches for you with no additional costs. For alterations beyond 6 inches there is an additional cost to accommodate the usage of the extra fabric being used. HOW IS THE PRODUCT MADE? WHERE IS THE FABRIC FROM?
• The products are stitched by machine and hand by our small but thoroughly trained team in Gurugram.
• The fabric is sourced from all over India.
WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE ORDER?
We all know that nobody is perfect and human makes errors, we do accept and apologies for the in convinced. Please reach out to us at hello@nashionalpermit.com. We can either exchange the product or process a return against a full refund. Don’t worry, we’ll fix it.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
  • If you change your mind within 24 hours of ordering the product, you may cancel and receive a refund. Anything from then and time of dispatch (applicable on non-customized pieces only) can be cancelled against store credit only.
  • In case the product delivered to you is defective (hope that never happens) please share a picture as soon as you receive the item. We will replace it with a different one free of cost or provide a refund.
  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
  • Unfortunately, we do not accept returns/exchange on international orders.
HOW LONG BEFORE I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
NASHIONAL PERMIT team, trying best to deliver all your orders but we are made to order so it takes a little longer than fast fashion brands. We take around 6 to 7 business days to dispatch in India.
International Orders take 15 to 25 business days from date of order.
Nashional permit exclusive collection contains embroidery also it is made- to-order and takes 7 to 14 business days for production and dispatch depending on the garment’s design and style.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You can start tracking your order as soon as it has been shipped out. an email will be sent to you with the tracking details, all you need to do is visit our courier partner’s website and track the journey of your order in real time.
CAN I ORDER SOMETHING THAT'S NOT IN STOCK BUT I’D REALLY LIKE TO HAVE?
Yeah, why not we would love to do it, just give a call or drop an email at hello@nashionalpermit.com. we’ll try our best to assist you. Sometimes some textiles may be limited and thus we may not be stocking.
HOW DO I MAKE CHANGES TO AN ORDER I’VE ALREADY PLACED?
You’ll just have to call us. But do so within 1 working day of placing the order.
ARE THE COLOURS OF PRODUCTS SHOWN ON THE WEBSITE ACCURATE?
All our pieces are made in house at our studio. We ensure that our pieces are shot in standard light giving colors truest and nearest to our pieces. However, there may be minor variations in the color of the fabric, metal element or embroideries of the product image you see on your screen and the actual product.
WHAT ARE THE ONLINE PAYMENT OPTIONS AVAILABLE ON YOUR WEBSITE?
We accept all Credit/Debit cards and Internet banking service of all major banks. We also accept wallet payments. Please contact our Customer Care Team to know more.
MY TRANSACTION FAILED; I RECEIVED A PAYMENT GATEWAY ERROR MESSAGE PLEASE HELP.
Sorry for the inconvenience caused; this could be due to a technical glitch, please try again later. In case the problem persists, please contact our Customer Care Team and they will help you complete your order. If amount was deducted before the order was completed, please contact your bank for transaction reversal.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD HAS BEEN COMPROMISED WHILE MAKING A PAYMENT ONLINE?
We do not store/retain any of your credit card information. If you suspect that your information has been compromised, please get in touch with your bank immediately.
IS THERE ANY CASH ON DELIVERY?
 We do not do cash on delivery; all our orders are on full advance payments.
